Hospice Care of Middletown partners with area assisted living and nursing communities to provide complimentary Caregiver Support Groups for those caring for loved ones with dementia. These are complimentary and open to the public as a way of saying, “thank you” to the communities who have supported us throughout the years. See below for further details.

 There is no charge for these sessions. Registration is not required and drop ins are welcome.
