Grief Support Group

Healing a Heart is a 6-week support group that offers grief education, peer connection and aids participants in developing coping strategies to navigate life after loss.

Every Thursday
October 15, 2026 - November 19, 2026

Daytime: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Evening: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Support Group

Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association

This support group offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals caring for a loved one with dementia. Caregivers are invited to share experiences, gain encouragement, and connect with others who understand the challenges of the journey.
