The 2026 Hospice Care of Middletown’s
“A Season to Remember” Poinsettia Ornament is a lovely way to remember a loved one this holiday season.
This year’s lovely design is the result of a collaboration among our very own HCoM volunteer team. Each ornament was carefully handcrafted from blocks of polymer clay, allowing us to honor our loved ones while supporting the programs and mission of HCoM.
Your loved one’s name will also be displayed on our community Christmas tree located at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown throughout the holidays.
A Hospice Care of Middletown volunteer will call you when your order is ready for pick up.
